• Jeddah: Delivery within 24 hours.
• Other Saudi cities: Delivery may take up to 5 days, depending on location.

Orders are prepared for delivery according to the destination and delivery timings stated above.

 

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Asdl is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the order may be returned and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

 

8. Delivery Coverage

Currently, we deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

 

9. Transfer of Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.
